The Hy-Vee locations have been awarded LEED Certified and Silver by the U.S. Green Building Council. The Hy-Vee locations consist of retail grocery products. This project featured rooftop units, terminal air boxes, makeup air units, unit heaters, exhaust fans, central plant refrigeration system, and lighting controls.
