This Office Building had chosen to reduce their energy consumption by incorporating retro-commissioning. The building consists of private offices, open offices, conference center, and cafeteria. This project featured variable air volume system, boilers, and water-cooled chillers.
SystemWorks was involved in the retro-commissioning project to create a baseline of their building’s mechanical, HVAC, and building automation performance. Our facility assessment study was evaluated by the owner for facility improvements. The study was further evaluated by the local utility company to determine applicable rebates.
