The McKee Hall was awarded LEED® Gold by the U.S. Green Building Council. McKee Hall houses 120 students and was the first residence hall in the state of Iowa to receive LEED certification. The townhouses have a building automation system with individual room temperature control and fresh air delivered by an energy recovery system.
