Fine-tuning Existing Buildings.

Retro-commissioning is a process for investigating, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of an existing building.  Retro-commissioning helps make the building systems perform in accordance with the owner’s current operational requirements by identifying needed repairs and/or changes.  A master plan may also be developed for any major repairs.  Local energy rebates can be an incentive for retro-commissioning.
