The Principal Child Development Center was awarded LEED Gold by the U.S. Green Building Council. The Principal Child Development Center consists of offices, classrooms, conference room, and kitchen area. This project featured rooftop units, variable air volume units, energy recovery unit, exhaust fans, and cabinet unit heaters.
