SystemWorks was hired to provide LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning services for the American Enterprise Group renovation. The American Enterprise Group building consists of a training room auditorium, cafeteria, dining room, lounge, multi-tenant space, open offices and conference rooms. This project featured air handlers, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, circulation pumps, in-floor radiant heat, VAVs and exhaust fans.
